Barbell Romanian Deadlift: Are you bending your knees deeply like a squat?
Push your hips back as you lean your torso forward. Do not bend your knees deeply and sit down as you would in a squat.
How to fix it
- Stand upright with the bar against the front of your thighs.
- Bend your knees only slightly, and push your hips back as you lean your torso forward.
- Slowly lower the bar along your legs.
The app sets the weight for your next set
(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 10 reps at 50kg as planned in your last workout, the app sets your next weight to 52.5kg. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

Sources differ. Some suggest lowering the bar to knee height. Others suggest lowering until you feel a stretch in the backs of your legs. Either way, keep your back straight and push your hips back as you lower the bar.
