Conventional Deadlift: Does your back round?
Lift the bar with your back straight. Do not round your back.
How to fix it
- Stand with the bar close to your shins.
- Keep your back straight as you lift.
- Straighten your hips and knees together, keeping the bar close to your body as you lift.
Caution Do not let your hips rise before your shoulders as the bar leaves the floor.
The app sets the weight for your next set
(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 8 reps at 60kg as planned in your last workout, the app sets your next weight to 62.5kg. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

How close should the bar be to your shins?
Sources differ slightly. One source suggests placing the bar 1 inch (about 3cm) in front of your shins. Others suggest keeping your shins touching or almost touching the bar.
