Leg Press: Do your knees cave inward as you press?
Press the footplate with your knees pointing in the same direction as your toes. Do not let them cave inward.
How to fix it
- Keep your back against the backrest and hold the handles.
- Keep your knees and toes pointing in the same direction.
- Press through your whole foot, then slowly lower.
The app sets the weight for your next set
(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 12 reps at 100kg as planned in your last workout, the app sets your next weight to 105kg. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

Sources differ. Some suggest pointing your toes slightly outward. Others suggest pointing them straight ahead. Either way, keep your knees pointing in the same direction as your toes.
