Machine T-Bar Row (Plate Loaded): Are you using leg momentum to pull?

Keep your hips and knees still as you pull the handles toward your body. Do not use momentum from your legs.

How to fix it

  1. Bend your knees slightly and push your hips back as you lean your torso forward over the handles.
  2. Keep your hips and knees still without moving them.
  3. Pull the handles toward your body.
Caution Do not raise your torso as you pull.

The app sets the reps for your next set

(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 8 reps at 30kg as planned in your last workout, the app keeps the weight the same and increases your reps to 9. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

How far should you lean your torso forward?

Sources differ slightly. Some suggest leaning forward until your chest is parallel to the floor. Others suggest keeping your torso at an angle of 30 to 45 degrees from the floor. Either way, keep your hips and knees still and pull without momentum.
