BOSU Ball Push-Up
How to do it
Starting position
- Flip the BOSU ball dome-side down.
- Grip both edges of the flat side shoulder-width apart and extend your arms.
- Bring your feet together, support yourself on your toes, and form a straight line with your body.
- Brace your core to keep your torso tight.
Movement
- Keep the Bosu ball balanced without tilting, bend your elbows, and lower your chest.
- Lower down until just before your chest touches the flat surface of the Bosu ball.
- Push off the Bosu ball with your hands to return to the starting position.
Breathing
Inhale as you go down, and exhale as you come up.
Cautions
- Do this on a flat floor where the BOSU ball will not slip.
If you feel pain during the exercise, stop. If it continues, talk to a professional.
