Barbell Back Squat: Do your knees cave inward?
Squat down and stand back up with your knees pointing in the same direction as your toes.
How to fix it
- Keep your knees pointing in the same direction as your toes.
- Bend your knees as you lower yourself, rather than only pushing your hips back.
- Squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Then push through your whole foot to stand up.
Caution Do not round your lower back at any point.
The app sets the weight for your next set
(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 10 reps at 60kg as planned in your last workout, the app sets your next weight to 62.5kg. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

How deep should you squat?
Several sources share the same guideline: squat until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor. Some sources suggest going slightly below parallel.
