Barbell Bent Over Row: Are you bouncing your torso as you pull?
Keep your torso still in its bent-over position as you pull the bar. Do not bounce your body to create momentum.
How to fix it
- Bend your knees slightly and lean your torso forward.
- Keep your torso fixed in its bent-over position as you pull and lower the bar.
- Slowly straighten your arms as you lower the bar.
The app sets the weight for your next set
(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 8 reps at 40kg as planned in your last workout, the app sets your next weight to 42.5kg. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

Sources differ. Some suggest leaning forward until your torso is almost parallel to the floor. Others suggest leaning forward about 45 degrees. Either way, keep your torso fixed in its bent-over position as you pull.
