Dumbbell Side Bend: Does your torso lean forward?
Keep your torso facing forward and bend only to the side. Do not lean your torso forward.
How to fix it
- Stand upright with a dumbbell in one hand and that arm hanging straight down at your side.
- Keep your torso facing forward and bend to the side toward the dumbbell, lowering it.
- From the bent position, come back up to standing upright.
The app sets the reps for your next set
(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 18 reps in each set with a 10kg dumbbell in one hand as planned in your last workout, the app keeps the weight the same and increases your reps to 19. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

Sources differ slightly. Some suggest placing the hand without the dumbbell on your head. Others suggest placing it on your hip. Either way, start with the arm holding the dumbbell hanging straight down at your side.
