Incline Dumbbell Press: Do the dumbbells move outside your elbows?
Keep your wrists directly above your elbows as you press up, so the dumbbells do not move outside your elbows.
How to fix it
- Keep your back on the bench and both feet on the floor.
- Keep your wrists directly above your elbows.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells, then press them up.
Caution Do not bounce at the bottom.
The app sets the reps for your next set
For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 11 reps in each set with a 14kg dumbbell in each hand as planned in your last workout, the app keeps the weight the same and increases your reps to 12. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the weight and reps for your next set.

Should the dumbbells touch your chest?
Sources differ. Some suggest letting them lightly touch your chest. Others suggest stopping just before they touch. Either way, do not bounce at the bottom.
