Band Upright Row (Under Two Feet)
How to do it
Starting position
- Stand on the center of the band with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the ends with both hands and hold them in front of your thighs.
- Keep your chest up and brace your abs.
Movement
- Pull up close to your body with your elbows higher than your hands.
- Stop when your hands reach about chest height.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
Breathing
Exhale as you pull up, inhale as you lower.
Cautions
- If your shoulders feel uncomfortable, do not pull your hands up to your chin. Chest height is plenty.
- Focus on pulling up with your elbows so your wrists do not bend.
