Table Inverted Row: Do your hips sag as you pull?
Keep bracing your abs and glutes as you pull. Keep your hips from sagging.
How to fix it
- Lie under a sturdy table, grip the edge of the tabletop with your arms straight, and bend your knees with your feet on the floor.
- Bend your elbows to pull your body up.
- Brace your abs and glutes throughout the movement.
Caution Do not use your lower body to create momentum as you pull.
The app sets the reps for your next set
For example, if you completed all your sets as planned in your last workout, the app sets your next reps based on that record. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the reps for your next set.

How high should you pull your body?
Sources differ slightly. Some suggest pulling until your chest touches where you are gripping. Others say it does not have to touch. Either way, keep bracing your abs and glutes as you pull so your hips do not sag.
