Band Wrist Curl
How to do it
Starting position
- Sit on a chair and set your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Step on the center of the band with one foot to secure it.
- Grip the end of the band with your palm facing up.
- Rest your forearm comfortably on your thigh.
Movement
- Slowly bend your wrists downward to stretch the band.
- Curl your wrists upward forcefully to contract.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing
Inhale as you lower your wrists, and exhale as you raise them.
Cautions
- Using a band that is too heavy can strain your wrist joints and cause injury.
- Using momentum to lift can injure your wrist ligaments, so move slowly.
