Handstand Push-up against the Wall
How to do it
Starting position
- Face the wall and place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart.
- Walk up the wall one foot at a time to bring your body upright.
- Brace your core and extend your entire body straight.
Movement
- Look at the floor between your hands and bend your elbows.
- Slowly lower down until just before your head touches the floor.
- Press through your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing
Inhale as you go down, and exhale as you push up.
Cautions
- Losing your balance can injure your neck or head, so lean firmly against the wall.
- Forcing reps can strain your shoulders, so adjust your rep count.
