Hanging Oblique Knee Raise
How to do it
Starting position
- Grip the bar wider than shoulder-width with an overhand grip.
- Lift your feet off the floor and stabilize your torso so it does not swing.
- Look forward and pull your shoulders down.
Movement
- Brace your abs and pull your knees toward your chest.
- Twist your knees to the right or left at the top.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
Breathing
Exhale as you raise your knees and inhale as you lower them.
Cautions
- Using excessive momentum strains your spinal joints, so be careful.
